Gov. Bevin Ceremoniously Signs Two Abortion Measures

FRANKFORT, Ky. -- With a baby in one hand and a pen in the other, Governor Bevin ceremoniously signs two pro-life measures.

In a pro-life rally in the capitol, speakers took the podium to express their support for two bills passed in the Kentucky legislature in the first week of this session.

The bills being supported are one that requires women get an ultrasound prior to an abortion and a bill that prohibits abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy.

The Governor ended by saying he was confident that Kentucky would lead the way in the fight against abortion in America.
