LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- A man with a lengthy criminal history pleads not guilty to murder.
29-year-old Justin Curry was arraigned in jail on charges that he shot and killed 31-year-old James Harris Saturday night in the Bashford Manor neighborhood.
A convicted felon, Curry was on home incarceration for another crime when he allegedly committed the murder.
District Judge Sean Delahanty ordered Curry to be held on $100,000 bond, saying he is a high-risk offender.
