Kentucky Election's Boss Wants Probe Into Secretary Of State

(FRANKFORT, KY) - The head of the Kentucky State Board of Elections says Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes is misusing voter information.

Board of Elections Executive Director Jared Dearing sent a letter Monday to the state's Executive Branch Ethics Commission accusing Grimes of ignoring a federal settlement that requires more checks and balances between the state board and the secretary of state.

Specifically Dearing says Grimes is improperly accessing the state's voters rolls and giving that information to poll workers.
