Man Held in Elizabethtown Shootings

ELIZABETHTOWN, Ky. -- An Elizabethtown man is facing murder charges after a shooting spree that killed two people and wounded two others

35-year-old Shadrach Peeler is being held in the Hardin County Detention Center on two counts of murder, assault, possesion of a gun by a convicted felon, evidence tampering and resisting arrest.

Police say Peeler shot four people late Thursday night. The victims were found at two different scenes, including a gas station. Among those killed: a woman who was living with Peeler.

Police are are still investigating Peeler's connection to all the victims and a motive for the crime.

Peeler is being held in the Hardin County Detention Center without bond. He's due in court Monday morning.
