Louisville's Durr Named AP All-American

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Louisville women's basketball senior Asia Durr has been named an Associated Press First Team All-American.

Durr is the first player in program history to twice be named to the AP first team. Angel McCoughtry is the only other Louisville player to be named AP First Team All-American.

Durr led the Cardinals to an Elite Eight appearance in the NCAA Tournament. They lost to UConn in the regional final.

Durr concludes her career ranked second in program history with 2,485 points. She and fellow seniors Arica Carter and Sam Fuehring combined for 123 wins -- the winningest senior class in UofL women's basketball history.
