(Lexington, KY) - University of Kentucky athletics director Mitch Barnhart anticipates there will be football this fall despite the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.
In an e-mail Tuesday, Barnhart told season ticket-holders that the school is planning as if there will be football.
The season opener for the Wildcats is September 5th against Eastern Michigan. The Kentucky Derby has also been re-scheduled for that date.
